Extraordinary Days

While working for the EU in Ukraine, before the full-scale invasion, we conducted a retreat north of Kyiv at a place called Glibivka. It lies on the western shore of the Dnipro River at what is called Kyiv Sea. Over two days and nights and in particular early mornings there were sunrises and sunsets, the like of which I have never really seen before.

At one time there were pastel colours across the sky, and on others richly saturated clouds and skies. This collection features my favourites of this quite extraordinary experience, one which it was definitely worth waking up very early for!
